Cancellations & Changes
Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately We will do our best to accommodate requests if production has not started.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error caused by us.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will replace or refund items at our discretion.
